During this Christmas Season and time of unplanned succession after the passing of our leader Rick Gwaltney, the Gwaltney Family and Employees of Diamond Roofing would like to thank our customers, partners and friends for your thoughts, prayers and loyalty to Rick; as well as, the company.  Over the past couple of months, we are especially grateful for your understanding and cooperation as we have been diligently restructuring our business operations.

This company was established and has operated, for over thirty years, as a "family" business of which we consider our customers and employees a part of this foundation.  Therefore, it should be no surprise to you to inform you that our company will continue the legacy that Rick has left each of us.  In order to accomplish this in the short-term, we will be restructuring our organizational processes and change our respective roles within the company to accommodate the loss of Rick.  However, we will continue his legacy by respecting the premises and core values for which this company was founded.

This coming 2012 year, we will continue to operate in both our locations (Southwest Kansas & Flint Hills Region).  Kevin Gwaltney will serve as the President of the organization and he will receive management guidance from Shawn Mead for Dodge City operations, Marc Cameron for Manhattan operations, and Monica Cameron for corporate operations.  Diamond Roofing Management will keep you informed as new decisions are made and we welcome your thoughts and questions that you may have regarding the future of the company.
