Diamond Roofing has an effective safety program and comprehensive risk management plan based on our proactive commitment to safety excellence throughout all levels of our organization. From our perspective, people (employees and customers) are the most important asset to our organization and their safety is our number one priority.

Comprehensive Risk Management Plan -
Diamond Roofing utilizes MRCA's Safety & Health Agenda for Roofing Professionals (SHARP™) Program as a part of their comprehensive risk management plan. The SHARP program began as a pilot program by a group of nine central Kansas roofing contractors to include professionals from Diamond Roofing. It has been field tested and proven before introduced throughout MRCA's membership at large. All safety rules and procedures contained in the SHARP program are in accordance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and all local agencies. Other aspects to our comprehensive risk management plan include:
