Diamond Restores is our roofing restoration program which applies an elastomeric coating to a variety of roof types to protect and seal the underlying roofing material, help stop and prevent leaks, and limit future weathering. The best value from a roof coating comes when you apply this protective barrier at the first sign of aging.  Elastomeric coatings can be used on many commercial or industrial roof types such as modified bitumen, BUR, EPDM, metal and concrete - but can also be used for patch and repair procedures, on troublesome areas as a sealant around roof penetrations, or keep your roof cooler with a white/reflective surface which can result in significant energy cost savings.
